When reading the top
hat Reading to complete your assignment one notices that there are five factors
that go into performance. They are
speed, visuals, performance, inclusiveness and masked. This chapter mostly focused
on protest and using those theories and explaining how the protest works with
the theories. In this particular blog post I like to focus on the use of speed.
When conducting a protest one needs to be able to react quickly and be mobile
with their decisions. This allows various protest movements such as black lives
matter and other protesters mentioned in this chapter to hold a successful protest
movement. For me I feels like a successful protest must-have visualization
speed and performance in order to convey a message across a wide array of
people. When reading this it was
interesting because one would probably never think about the factors that go
into making a protest when they’re trying to go against a norm of some kind.
